Eric brings to boards the operational judgment of someone who has built and scaled organizations through multiple ownership transitions, and who has presented to and managed boards as both COO and CEO.

Both have served in roles requiring direct accountability to institutional investors, boards, and parent company finance functions. Marianne has led multiple financing processes including a $16 million Series B , a $112 million acquisition due diligence, and a $75 million asset divestiture. Eric has directed operational budgets of up to $50 million and managed the financial implications of a major post-acquisition integration.
