A seasoned operations and strategy executive with over 35 years of experience building and scaling businesses, Eric has led organizations through growth, acquisition, and transformation across the financial research and consulting sectors.

Eric joined BCA Research in 1986 as Head of Technology, embarking on a 25-year progressive career with the Montreal-based firm. BCA Research is the world's largest independent global investment research provider and was the flagship subsidiary of Euromoney Institutional Investor (a UK-listed FTSE 250 financial intelligence group).Rising to COO and partner, he was instrumental in growing the business from a small boutique with $2 million USD in revenue to an institutional services powerhouse generating $85 million USD, with a global sales presence across New York, London, and Hong Kong.

When Euromoney acquired Ned Davis Research, a leading US-based independent investment research firm based in Venice, Florida, for $112 million USD in 2011, Eric was asked to lead the acquisition strategy and due diligence, drawing on his deep knowledge of the business. Appointed CEO upon closing, he spent three years implementing a post-acquisition strategy that restructured the sales organization, overhauled the product line, shifted the revenue model from brokerage fees to subscriptions, and delivered significant annual cost savings.

He holds an Honours B.Sc. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Laurentian University, where he was awarded the Governor General of Canada's Gold Medal for academic excellence. He has completed executive programs at the Kellogg School of Management and the University of Cambridge.
